Mika Wulff is a pastry chef (trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris) and medie entrepreneur. She is the founder and editor-in-chief of the Danish baking magazine ”Lækkerier” (treats). She is also the publisher at Lækkerier’s publishing house (books) and the CEO of ”Lækkerier Prisen” – a big pastry competition for professional pastry chefs in Denmark, which took place at Chokoladefestival in Denmark this year. Lækkerier magazine is published quarterly and is widely ready by baking hobbists and pastry chefs in Denmark.
